Talon Pitchforth, CPA, CFP®

WEALTH MANAGER

Upon graduating from BYU-Idaho with honors and a degree in Accounting, Talon accepted a Finance Lead position with Franklin Covey Co., foregoing scholarship offers from multiple masters programs. He worked for Franklin Covey for three and a half years before leaving to pursue his true passion – people – by becoming a financial advisor.

Talon worked as a salaried broker and advisor at Charles Schwab to avoid a landscape that is skewed toward commissions and whole life insurance. He was consistently a top performer for the three years before joining yours truly.

Although Talon grew up in a financially stable home, there was constant stress about money, specifically on not spending it. Through reading finance books like The Millionaire Next Door and The Richest Man in Babylon, he learned that money can be a tool for achieving goals and finding fulfillment when one’s spending aligns with their values.

In his free time, Talon is traveling the U.S. visiting his 15+ nieces and nephews in New York, Alabama, Iowa, and Florida, and playing as much volleyball as his knees will permit.
